Yes, it makes the 12-person workshop order easy. And yes, your workplace can pick up the tab. But a coffee run is also five minutes out of someone's day to do something for everyone else. A couple of people come along for the walk. Someone shouts a flat white for someone who looks like they need it. BeanRun handles the organising. The rest is up to you.

How does BeanRun work?
Someone in your group volunteers to do the coffee run. They pick a cafe and everyone gets notified. You add your order, pay through the app, and they pick everything up. No group chats, no chasing payments.
Is BeanRun free to use?
BeanRun is free for customers. You pay for your coffee (the same price as ordering at the counter) and that's it. Cafes pay a small platform fee.
Can I order just for myself?
Yes. Order solo, in seconds — no group needed to grab a coffee. BeanRun's still better together, though: joining a group is where the magic is.
What cafes can I order from?
Any cafe that has partnered with BeanRun in your area. We're launching in Orange, NSW and expanding based on demand. If your favourite cafe isn't on BeanRun yet, let them know!
Do I need to be the runner every time?
No. Anyone in your group can volunteer. Most groups take turns, and runners earn points and rewards.
Can I join the runner on the walk?
Yes. Tap 'I'll join you' in the app. Good for a chat, and handy if they could use a hand carrying.
How do payments work?
Each person pays for their own order through the app via Stripe (credit/debit card or Apple Pay / Google Pay). Whoever's picking up never handles money. You can also shout someone a coffee, or a workplace can cover the whole round for a team day or workshop.
