How do I get paid?
Payments go straight to your bank account via Stripe. When a customer pays through BeanRun, the funds transfer directly — usually within 2 business days. You can track every payout on your dashboard.
What if I'm too busy to take an order?
You control when you accept orders. Each order arrives on your dashboard as 'Incoming' — accept it when you're ready, or let it expire if you're flat out. You can also set operating hours so orders only come in when you're open.
Can I manage orders from my phone?
Absolutely. The dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. Accept orders, mark them ready, manage your menu — all from your phone during the rush.
Can I have multiple locations?
Yes. Add as many locations as you need during setup. Each location has its own menu, hours, and order queue. Manage them all from one dashboard.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. No POS integration required (though it's on our roadmap). Orders come through your BeanRun dashboard.
How do loyalty stamp cards work?
Set up a digital stamp card for your cafe. Customers earn stamps automatically with each order, and runners get bonus stamps for volunteering. When they reach the reward threshold, their next drink is discounted.
What if I want to cancel?
There's no lock-in contract. You can close your cafe on BeanRun at any time from your dashboard settings.
