How much does BeanRun cost?

How do I get paid?
Straight to your own Stripe account — you're the merchant, and BeanRun never holds your money. When a customer pays through BeanRun, the funds settle directly to you with our fee deducted per order, and payouts arrive on Stripe's normal schedule, typically 2 business days. You can track every payout on your dashboard.
What if I'm too busy to take an order?
You control how orders come in. Choose auto-accept or a quick manual review when you sign up, and change it anytime. With manual review, each order arrives as 'Incoming' and you've got a tidy few minutes to accept it, or let it go if you're flat out. Set your operating hours so orders only come in when you're open.
Can I manage orders from my phone?
Absolutely. The dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. Accept orders, mark them ready, manage your menu, all from your phone during the rush.
Can I have multiple locations?
Yes. Add as many locations as you need during setup. Each location has its own menu, hours, and order queue. Manage them all from one dashboard.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. BeanRun works alongside your till today — POS sync is on the roadmap. Orders come through your BeanRun dashboard.
How do loyalty stamp cards work?
Set up a digital stamp card for your cafe — you choose how many stamps earn a reward, what the reward is, and which menu categories count. Customers earn stamps automatically with each order, and runners get bonus stamps for volunteering. You can also set a milestone reward for a whole group — for example, 15% off a group's fifth run.
What if I want to cancel?
There's no lock-in contract. You can close your cafe on BeanRun at any time from your dashboard settings.
